The "Hut Leopoldina" is a beautiful and independent country house from whose panoramic terrace it's possible to admire the beautiful Hills of Chianti. Not far from the old town of Castellina in Chianti, the Hut offers to its customers an unforgettable holiday in the hearth of Tuscany, thanks to the relax area in the shade of secular oaks and elms trees near the villa.
It's possible to reach the town afoot with an easy walk (500 meters) trough the vineyards.

The Hut has two floors linked by a wide stairway made from tuscan stone; in the first floor there is a big living room with a reading corner , TV and DVD reader and a fireplace , the dining room and the kitchen where you can easily move thanks to a island in the middle of the room. From the kitchen it's possible to acces the laundry room in the understairs of the house.
Still on the first floor, easily accessible from the outside, there's a double room and a bathroom.

In the second floor, on the right of the stairs there is the first suite, composed of double bedroom separated from the living room by an old and beautiful archway and the private bathroom with both shower and baththub. All the rooms of this suite overlook the viti's family vineyards and Castellina in Chianti with its old medieval tower.
In front Of the stairs there's the second suite, also accessible from the outside in the upper side of the villa, with double bedroom, relax corner and private bathroom.
Lastly, on the left of the stairs there are the two double bedroom with their respective bathrooms; all the rooms offers a great view on the nature that surround the building.

The villa is roughly 105 mt far from the owners house, where you can use the pool (6 X 14mt), with the solarium and the panoramic terrace.

The Hut Leopoldina, dating back to the first ‘800 as is present in the “Catasto Leopoldino” (the first inventory in Tuscany), it has been restructured maintaining it Tuscan typical style with ceilings with beams in wood and floors in cooked and window "mandorlate" that they remember the old barns of the Chianti.
